Die Cutting & Stamping of Electrical Connectors for the Electronics Industry

At Cupps, we have a strong customer service oriented philosophy along with the experience and knowledge to meet every customer’s needs. This customer from the electronics industry needed a silicone wire mesh conductive gasket die cut and stamped. Made from .020" wire mesh with silicone, the gasket featured a conductivity of ±30 OHM-CM and an operating temperature range of -40° to 500°F. On this project we worked to tightest tolerances of ±.005".
